Armando graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana, Sociology branch. He has 10 years of experience in Civil Society with the main focus on education and youth. In 2012, he co-founded the non-profit organization New Vision, where he held the role of Executive Director. He is a member of the National Council for Civil Society since October 2020. Throughout his career he has worked and been certified in prestigious national and international institutions as an organizational expert in the field of education and youth where we can highlight the US State Department for participating in the ‘International Visitor Leadership Program’ with the theme ‘Education Leaders Advance on Civic Engagement among Youths’ during the months of March-April 2019. Currently he is making his contribution at a higher level at the national level, engaging as an adviser to the State Ministry for Youth and Children.
