Creating a round table between school directors in Albania, Kosovo and Italy is the goal of the A.N.D.i.S. Summer School. During these meetings, there will be a longer discussion about the management of schools and the roles that the main actors have in the organic rise with the highest effectiveness in schools. This month New Vision organized the 11th International Conference A.N.DI.S ‘School autonomy and responsibility, comparative educational systems’, which was held in Saranda, from March 26-31, 2019 with over 100 participants from Italy and the countries of the Western Balkans, most of whom were school principals. During those days the participants received some training and also exchanged experiences with their colleagues.
