On September 15–16, 2023, the historic Shkodër Castle came alive with tradition, music, and culture during the first edition of TUBA Fest. The two-day festival brought together some of the most renowned names in Albanian music, including Alban Skënderaj, Elita 5, and Aleksandër Gjoka, creating a vibrant atmosphere that celebrated both modern artistry and deep-rooted folklore.
New Vision volunteers played an important role in supporting the organization and maintenance of the festival. Their efforts ensured that the event ran smoothly, from assisting in logistics and welcoming guests to helping maintain the festival grounds throughout the two days. By combining teamwork with dedication, the volunteers contributed to creating a welcoming environment for thousands of visitors.
Beyond the music, TUBA Fest aimed to enrich the cultural life of Shkodër, promote the city’s traditions, and inspire young people to value Albania’s centuries-old folklore. Through their involvement, New Vision volunteers became part of this mission, supporting not only a successful festival but also the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage.
