Critical Thinking

50 young people started a two-day training and gained knowledge on soft skills, components and actors that influence communication based on games that promoted team building and social revitalization of young people! Critical thinking teaches young people how to define and analyze problems while avoiding cognitive errors and biases. They develop the ability to make solid and persuasive arguments based on logic and evidence.

They also find gaps and unwarranted assumptions in the opinions of others. The activity was moderated by Mr. Armando Bala and other speakers with many years of experience in civil society and working with young people. They discussed different issues to think critically and based on these topics, each group came to different conclusions, also part of these workshops were constructive clashes between the groups, which were then finalized with a debate.

Participants also joined in team building games and challenges. Critical thinking is known for involving a wide range of disciplines and cultivating cognitive talents. The training ended with the certification of the participants and excellent feedback, which they described as entertaining, exciting and inspiring. Training like this is a great tradition for New Vision that our members have always appreciated.
